No, he did get his memories. It will be made clear next chapter. It's actually important for him to regain those memories, otherwise he can't repent & make amends. He is not a psycho like Oh Sangwoo, The reason why he was brutal 100 yrs ago isn't because he was a psychopath. There is 1 small detail yet to be revealed that is very crucial to understanding this. Because he can sincerely change, he actually has some worth in current lifetime to be redeemable. And perhaps be forgiven. We'll just have to wait & see.
Its just that I've stopped reading some manga when I knew previous life ML who hurt FL would be the ML again. I can't just handle those. After all those suffering why would u want to go back. Even if that ML was white washed I hated it.
