in the previous chapters/episodes that they had sex Caius never cum inside Kouichi only that time when he Caius was about to die, he cum inside Kouichi as a form of contract coz this time Kouichi is 100% sure that he'll stay with Caius.
I felt like there's an entire chapter missing. The jump from 39 to 40 was too awkward. I they didn't even explain why the sex was necessary
