Looking for manga

Ok so, I know it's a manga and not a manwha, and it's about this guy that likes his childhood best friend, but his friend is dating a girl so the main guy wears girl panties (I'm pretty sure to pretend he's the other dude's girlfriend?) And then the main dude gets a fever and his friend has to take his pants off, and sees the other guys panties, and they start dating and having sex. I'm pretty sure I read it on myreadingmanga but it might be on here too. The plot is kinda generic so hopefully you can find it
