I think the problem that Luca doesn’t seem to see is that I’m guessing polygamous relationship are open while cheating is basically not telling your partner you have 7 different girls on the side while promising to be exclusive to one. Cheating is different from polygamy.

Makoto is his first guy, so it’s highly likely that whoever he’s in a relationship with are women. In chapter 3, he introduced himself and the female classmates were like “do you have a girlfriend” and Luca looks at Makoto, who in turn shakes his head “no” vigorously. Luca then says, “I have a ton of girlfriends” which in turn, made the class laugh and the teacher go “what” lol.

-Makoto goes home and is surprised by Luca, Makoto thought that Luca went to hang with some girls and Luca said he turned it down. Makoto asked “why did you do that?” Then Luca said “don’t leave me alone was written all over your face” Luca told Makoto that he’s jealous and makoto thought im jealous? Am i really jealous? Then Luca says Makoto face is red and starts teasing him and saying that I didn’t think you liked me enough to get jealous, what do you like about me? And Makoto was saying that his mom was home and not to tease him and it turns out makto mom was not home.
It then goes to them having sex and makoto is at his limit and Luca along the line says “nn I love you makoto” though because of Luca’s dick piercing, blood came out of makoto, it ends with them at school with Makoto using a doughnut cushion to sit down
