He’s saying he’s different since he’s not 100% omega
He’s 90% beta, so his heats and pheromones aren’t as strong as (for example) his twin brother who’s 100% omega (who has a pair and all)
That’s why he thought he was a failure as an omega, since he didn’t attract any alphas and thought he was useless

Wait... What...? It's said that to be considered as an omega you have to at least ba 10%... Right...? Clearly the ratio of 1 part omega and 9 parts of beta is still 10% omega... So why does he say it's different... Am I the only one confused...?(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
