But there have been worst "villain" in Chinese webtoons that don't stuffer this much for worst actions! I said my piece and i'm sticking to it!
So... I hate her, but he's kinda saying, "She inconvenienced me and was a dick so I'll ruin her future!!! Muahahaha!" Why's the professor or the girl's college education got to come back into it? I am not even sure if he has grounds to sue her for the money she got from their agreement since she did do the service requested of her... but I'm sure he'd win a lawsuit regardless. Wouldn't publicly correcting the rumors she spread and letting her know that you will never affiliate with her again be a more rational starting place?
