help finding this manga??!

ok so i feel like i’m going crazy because i’m looking to reread this one BL but i just can’t find it.... premise is this guy is always coming second place in school to another guy even tho he stays up all night studying and whatever and eventually breaks down in front of other guy. i remember the top has twin little sisters. i swear i used to know the exact author that made it but it feels like it was all a fever dream T T
