The point was that this originally a dark skin representation which you don’t get a lot of, which is weird due to there being darker toned Asians and white washing them erases the whole point
First of all I was expressing what other people might feel on the matter, which is they liked her dark skin. Secondly don’t sis me I am not the one. You asked a question, I answered. If people said they didn’t want her white washed, why would you have a problem with it? Just disagree and move on but you decided to force your ideology on everyone else. Also the story wasn’t historically accurate so she could’ve very well been born dark skinned
Welp tbh skin colour doesn't really comes from genes its cause of melanin and can also because of weather conditions of that particular area
I just hate that there is almost no representation of dark skin and it made me happy that I finally got that especially regarding female characters...if they wanted her to be white they would have made her white from the beginning but they didn’t...it’s just really upsetting for them to make the last panel her without dark skin for no reason, that’s just really weird :/
^^ like I understand that the king gave an explanation or whatever but why make her dark skin and be like oh now she’s white :/ they should have made her white from the beginning if they wanted to do that..I think that is whitewashing the character, what else do you call turning a brown character into a white one??? lol
