Well no, its always not correct that a fujoshi/fudanshi is a part LGBT, and being one doesn't really mean that it affects ur sexual preference, it depends as straight people aslo like it and read it
definitely not. a fujoshi or fudanshi is just a person that enjoys reading bl or yaoi and fetishizes mlm relationships. usually, they are straight and cis girls, which would not make them part of the lgbt community, but it is entirely possible for a fujoshi/danshi to be lgbt, it's just usually not the case.
that being said, fujoshi is not a positive term and not something one should be using to describe themselves. reading and obsessing over bl and yaoi is fine because it's only fiction, but fujoshis are often portrayed as obsessing over real life mlm relationships, which is just creepy.
