Callisto starts to fall for Penelope after she saves him from some assassins during the hunting competition arc. He later becomes completely obsessed with her, sending her expensive jewels and dresses, even going as far as proposing marriage. And Penelope, though reluctant at first cause she was busy pursuing Eclise at that time, eventually gives into her feelings and ends up falling for him too.
