Kudo was on the club room when Takezou arrived and while talking about the practice he saw Kudo's fingertips, they were so wounded and nearly bleeding.
So he told him not to practice more until healed but Kudo didn't want to listen and wanted to start playing his koto and they started wrestling, after a few moments they grew tired and started talking. In the end, Kudo was banned to play until his fingertips healed completely.

Kinda weird one but saw the anime twice and now reading the manga what part is it that kudo and takezou kinda wrestle in the club room and then get tired and think what are we doing and what was that about? It’s one of those things that are bothering me please help and thanks!!!
