This is not my own answer ... someone answered a similar question before and according to that person you go to the manga's page, you click on the report button (flag icon) which appears on the left side (it is adjacent to the banner which carries the "home icon", manga directory box etc.) . After you click on it there are several options, click on the one which says "other (please specify)", you write what you have to say ... and the moderator will reply to you in a reasonable time ... You'll receive a notification in the notifications area (horn icon).
