Unless there's a twist that Jian Yi doesn't end up with Zheng Xi (falling out of love) and goes for He Tian.
Nuuuuuu do not ruin my OTP xD but I would really love Zheng Xi to get jealous when Jian yi and He Tian get closer.
Jian Yi has special feelings for Zhan Zheng, but he gets tired of being dumped and end up with He Tian because of loneliness.
The jealous Zhan Zheng realize that he is in love with Jian Yi and try to get him back, that leaves He Tian alone. Jian Yi, out of pity, call him to do a threesome.

Maybe I'm just thinking too much, but this is pretty much common on BL manga.
