We don't know yet. Something terrible probably happened in the black room when they were kids. They were traumatized and they have hallucinations. I don't think it's real since nobody else see them
I saw the RAWS and I don't understand Korean but it seems like yeon woo can control the hands and also see them.Baically those bloodied hands are yeon woo's.

Sooo... like can someone tell me what those hands are and y are their reflection talking to them....also what’s with the black room and the house shaking and like is their a ghost or.......can you tell that I’m confused cuz I’m confused.
