akemi was in a past relationship and i'm pretty sure itome initiated this relationship. But he has a strong attachment to akemi and wants him to himself although akemi enjoys having sex with others as well. Hence, why akemi was not pleased when itome placed fifth for the month in early chapters
Itome is a jealous bordering on yandere boyfriend. According to the flashbacks, he has been in love/attracted to Akemi since the beginning (even when Akemi was still in a relationship with their senpai). He is always on edge when it comes to Akemi and their relationship because he doesn’t want Akemi to leave him. Their relationship isn’t stable imo. He also seems to only want to sleep with Akemi but Akemi encourages the two of them to engage in polygamy. I don’t think he likes it.
He not really a yandere boyfriend he just loves akemi a lot but akemi doesn’t love him as much as Itome does. Akemi thinks of itome as his ex boyfriend which causes itome to feel sad and hopeless but idk what happen to the ex boyfriend. Also proves why itome changed so much so he can be good enough to match akemi’s taste which was his ex boyfriend ( closed eye, same kind of hair and yea )
