These two time lines matter and are one thing. If the empress didn't change her attitude the prince would still want her death. It is thanks to her that he stopped his murderess intentions, not because he wanted to change by himself. In fact he hasn't changed at all, the empress did and because of that the results are different
I Think Ya'll Are Forgetting The Past Prince And This Prince Are Two Completely Different Entities. She Is Not Forgiving The Past Prince. And I Hope She Never Does. But This Prince Is Not That Prince. He Doesn't Know What The Other One Did Because He Is Not Him. He May Have Read About it, As Far As He Knows Its Some Dream She Had Though. And I Don't Know If You Are Only Hating On This Prince Because Some Of Ya'll Are Too In Love WIth A Fictional Character Named Carsein. I Mean I Was Reading Suddenly Became A Princess Since The Beginning, And During The First Couple Chapters There Were Comments Just Saying How Much People Hated Claude And How They Don't Want Her To Forgive Him, Look Where We Are Now, That's Because Those People Fell In Love With Claude, Or They Came To Terms With The Fact That, Claude From The Past, Is Not Claude From The Present.
