When observing try: actually using your brain to process. 2)When you confront someone, learn to gauge their strength. That way you reduce your chances of overreacting. 3)When you want to make a decision, you need to gather information. While you started not too bad with asking a question, you should also know that a question is most useful in gathering information when you actually give time to answer. -Shocking! Right?
