Ahh i did it in July and it’s the worst. My nose bleed a little and my sister’s eye puffed a bit bc of the pressure. Stay safe and if you are positive try to take as much vitamin c and d as you can. It really helped me and my sisters when we were sick. Also broths and warm food helped. Everyone stay safe
