Tbh. I don't get the hate on Isabella, and I haven't read the back post to look for it because it's a waste of time. I get that she is useless when it comes to a fight, but she didn't ask frey/Lucas for help. And she manages to fend off for herself. I binge-read the whole thing in one day, so I can say that she didn't do anything to warrant this hate on her. She is emotional, yes, because she's still young, but that it. Grow up pips.
That's the thing- She's not unless when it comes to a fight, she literally HELPS in the fight.
It's not like she's gonna be on the same level as MC who is a 9th circle mage from 900 years ago where magic was advanced and thriving with different cultivation and research going on.
She was in a period where it regressed due to the god's intervention so it's not her fault she's not on the same standing as him.

I mean, we are TIRED of seeing Female Leads like Sakura in Naruto; like I know she’s young and shit but still nobody doesn’t want a fucking random ass girl following the MC like a dog, like she wasn’t even standing him when he was normal but now that he gained powers she likes him now; what kind of logic is that. I just don’t like characters that acts like Sakura who only love interest is people who is strong lmao. And y’all are condoning that type of behavior, that’s why they keep on putting those annoying ass type characters inside these stories

pls don't worry, i'm not condoning them but if you read Isabelle's POV properly what she's following him from was not 'love' or 'attraction' but more of wait I forgot that word when you look up to someone chile.. i'm stupid but anyways regardless of being "Sakura". I really don't think Isabelle fulfills that checklist while she does follow MC like a dog. It's her choice and the MC doesn't protest about it additionally if there's a chance you could grow and become stronger from following him I do think anyone would have done the choice if given.
also, girl.. like I said, in the beggining and even on the current she doesn't like.. "like" him in that sense. I do think the only reason that she conversed with MC in the beginning is to find out what the hell happened which is shockingly a human thing unlike how other portrays this kind of female leads. I know your struggle and I've seen really fucking annoying hoes in my days of reading mangas and manwhas alike.. but I really do think Isabelle doesn't deserve the hate she's getting..

No she’s started to like him, that’s why I don’t like her because she only likes the MC because he’s strong not because of anything else. And I’ve read some annoying people too and it’s true that Isabella is less of a hinderance but still I don’t want their relationship to grow

unlike many harem-esque stories, as the female lead she actually gets time to shine and grows in her own way along with the main character.
She's resourceful, knows her shit and is helpful warranted that she's a top student in the academy and it honestly shows. For me Isabella has flaws like every human does she's a tad bit lacking on the sexual social department but that doesn't make her any less of a character.
I can see why y'all hate on her so much cause I find her annoying sometimes too but she ain't THAT annoying for y'all to gang up on her like this like have some shame.
