I will try to explain from what I remember

Ellen and fake Ellen are twins I don’t really know why they were separated Ellen “brother” and him aren’t blood related— Fake Ellen and him start some type of sexual(?) relationship once fake Ellen is caught having sex with the blonde one. Fake Ellen see the real Ellen and the blonde one also runs into the real Ellen and is seen talking to him(that all I remember I’ve might’ve left thing out but I hope this is simple enough)
