Umm... well that specific extra has been uploaded like 3 times in the past two months and it was already currently on this website here http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koisuru_boukun/mh/iur_chapter-extra4/pg-1/ (listed as Koisuru Boukun ch.extraOct 5, 2020, in the section for volume 11) and people have been waiting 2 months for the next chapter so yeah they're frustrated. You honestly sound more entitled than them right now.

I can't say for anyone else, but I read stories here because I couldn't find the e-book version of the manga.
I live in a traditional, conservative family, so no yaoi books or they'll cut me off from family tree, lol.
