My thoughs little more:

So what i think is that the child is from her ex partner (she was already pregnant) and the infertility problem lies with emperor. And that mean that our empress will be happy and have children with our new king soon. And the diplomaty relantionship (with country of white haired/ in love thanks to potion) will be in future when she will be empress in her new country :DDD
