i don't think so. i think uchiha shisui dead had ben confirmed by uchiha clan, (when they come interogate itachi) and it's impossible shisui use izanagi cause both eye taken. (=・ω・=)
many others too were saying he died back before Itachi killed his clan, when Shisui "died by drowning" but when Itachi and Nagato were fighting Bee and Naruto, Itachi said Shisui gave Itachi his other eye then walked away. Where did he walk away to? Is it confirmed that he died after that or are we just left to assume that since he had no eyes that he prob died?
in the anime they make a filter about shisui and he kill hinself just after he gave his eye to itachi
While it's not 100% confirmed that he's dead, . When Shisui gave Itachi his last eye, he did it on a cliffside looking over a river, and after handing Itachi the eye, he threw himself in the river. That fall would certainly kill someone, but/and he definitely couldn't get very far with no eyes if he survived. Also, at this point, if he did survive by some incredible feat, he would be #Spoilers#, so it wouldn't really matter anyway.

I think the hooded person is Shisui, who else would be upset by Itachi's death? naruto 700+3 manga I don't think Orochi wants to destory him after he said he wants to see how Sasuke lives his life(?) And the only other Akatsuki surviver is Hidan and I doubt he'd be upset with Itachi dying.
