So this story is more about friendship and comedy. For the romance part, he confesses to Aoi towards the end, and the last chapter ends a little abruptly, with the two leads meeting with a smile on their faces (so since Aoi met him with a smile, I think he accepts the main character's love interest in him, but this is very ambiguous). There is not much in terms of romance, but their friendship is very beautiful and the scenes are so funny! I recommend reading it if you liked Ouran High School Host Club.
