Well, maybe in future you won't side with the uncle anymore even for the business part. His way of wanting to gaining the company is dirty.

I do agree that ability is important. However, it seems the uncle wouldn't be satisfied even if Jinyao did give up his position, which is why Jinyao is fighting his uncle.
Kind of siding with the uncle on the business part, but not on the potentially harming Rourou+MLs part.
The business people pretty much agree Uncle would be a more competent owner/leader. He pretty much managed and lead the business for 18+ years, yet he can't even get ownership because ML is the one with a stupid birthmark?
That's bullshit. ML's ML for a reason tho, so pretty sure we'll be getting the story of how he becomes the true owner by virtue of ML-luck and birthright.
