The title is "The Emperor Hopes for the Court Lady as his Bride"... Does that mean that Sidis will become Emperor or what?? At this point I don't even know who the main ML is..

The title is mistranslated. If you look at the cover page of the chapter, they translated the title as "the emperor's courtlady is hoped for as a bride"
