Y'know it's like her explanation is not correct (or doesn't connect) and the mc didn't even remember if he had a brother or not which is very suspicious (and she said her mother is an orphan (which might be that she takes her mother's surname, and does that mean she's like a mistake child or something cuz the MC's brother, which he might not have, doesn't know)
