I can’t remember much about it, but I think one of the main characters lives in this run down city with prostitutes and he often helps the ladies with fixing appliances and changing light bulbs and stuff. I think the plot also has something to do with a gang, and the main characters end up leaving that place eventually. Thanks in advance!
