There are 4 ways to post a feed about a manga/manhwa/manhua
(1) HOMEPAGE (here)
(2) MANGA'S PAGE.
On the manga's page, scroll down to the very bottom and there should be an input box that allows you to enter you message.
(3) THINGS.
This is explained by DED above.
(4) YOUR TIMELINE.
Click on your profile picture, which should redirect you to this page: http://www.mangago.zone/home/people/1462655/ On the top portion, there is an input box that has a caption "Any idea?"

I highly suggest that, if your feed is about the manga, you should post it on the manga's page. This is because, Homepage, Things, and Your Timeline have other topics that are not about the specific manga.
