I don't think so, but you can always tag manga as "read" and not add it to your "already read" list...
No I dont think that its possible, but as a solution if you want to keep a manga you could add them to want to read until them are completed there it isnt notification.
I know how you feel. There're 2 ways you can do..
-- 1 Leave it as 'read' which you still can rate & review why you don't like it so you won't make a mistake, going back to read it again later. Just ignore the new update,
-- 2 Delete it if you don't wanna involve with it anymore. (>‿O)v
Or i was thinking that you can even put them in a list.

to mark a manga as read and that you didn't like it and not have it repeatedly show up every time it's updated in your notifications?
