I think the translator said the name is ‘Cypher’but because of the accent it turned into ‘Saifa’, lol

Saifa is Kai’s baby and is a little boy, I think. The twins are Daath’s.

But if you read from the beginning, the author said the beasts were all males and needed human Omegas in order to breed (because they had no females)

I think this one is legit tho because it could be a rare occasions for a beast to be a female

A reminder that there are multiple ways to write Japanese names in western letters (romanization), but also if the author aims for a western sounding name they might have to approximate the sounds in the original Japanese. Previously on this very series there have been Daato/Daath and Ruado/Luard, and I never feel comfortable with the Tsubasa character Fay D. Flourite when in the original translation he was Fai D. Flowright, which looks so much nicer to me. Or when you watch Fullmetal Alchemist and the name Edward is pronounced Edowado. Japanese and English don't always work together perfectly since they are completely different in almost every way, including writing systems, pronunciation and plenty of other stuff that doesn't come into play when discussing names but matters a lot for the translation.

It's quite possible the intended name is Cypher, like the translator says, but since there's no way to say for certain what the author meant, Saifa is how you'd read it phonetically and that's pretty certain.

Yes! Translation is more of an art form than a direct transfer of words. When finding an equivalent in another language, it can become very creative :)
