It is reasonable to move on, but you just don't shove the new bae's face onto your ex, especially if your ex has lost five years worth of memories and still thinks he loves him.

From what I hear the new bf had a hand in the fact the original seme never new he was in a coma and everyone though he was dead. Thus the new bf is manipulative and purposly kept the MC being hurt and in a coma a secret. Imagine what the new bf did to the MC family in that they never knew what was going on with thier son. new bf is just plain evil if this is true.
Five years is a very long time. It's reasonable to move on. You can't expect someone to stop their life in the hope of waiting for some news which may never even come. It's devastating. I can't hate on the ex.
