I think the uke didnt kill his mother actually. His father just manipulated him to think like that to save himself from the crime and guilt. The brother is definitely involved in this. Probably saw and knows things. Uke is too vulnerable, scared and naive to be manipulated by the sly manipulative people around him.

The brother seems to care about the uke deep inside but I dont know if there is any romantic feelings involved. Maybe it is strictly brother care and selfish nature with judgemental side.

And the top is seriously fucked up. He seriously needs a therapist himself. Probably has some deep dark past too.

And I dont think I need to say anything about the father. His actions speaks for himself.
