I think they thought you were implying that you don’t like this since it wasn’t bl because you used words like “Shoujo sht” and “wtf.” It can make it seem like you were mad it wasn’t bl, so they thought you were the type of fujoshi who hates anything that isn’t bl. They also came off a bit aggressive, but I think it’s mostly because they read your comment that was supposed to be a joke in a negative manner due to misunderstandings of the internet and text lol. It wasn’t, that’s what they were saying. but there is always going to be fans like that, that doesn’t mean she had to say that. the other person told them to ignore us but they chose not to and were rude. not all fans are like that, yet she makes it seem like we want it all to be gay. bl is just a genre to enjoy. it’s literally the same as straight manga/manwha but with gay men. they’re all fine with fetishizing straight couples, but when it’s gay it’s wrong to them? that seem a little weird. if they’ve got a problem with it, they can get off the site, since most of the popular shit is bl.

People also just have a preference to reading bl over straight manga. (The tropes between the two are vastly different and even I get sick of the same 12 tropes in shoujo or even shounen sometimes.
