The funny thing is that if the story was about Rashta’s child, the king’s son from a concubine who became the crown prince and was hated by the Empress, most of y’all would hate the Empress for it. Really goes to show how perspective matters.
Anyway, I don’t get the hate being mostly for Rashta rather than the prince. She’s a slave with no education whatsoever, why would you expect her to be smart or have high morals like the empress? You think a slave wouldn’t try to escape her life of being enslaved, raped and blackmailed by her master by holding on to the king? She doesn’t have the privilege to turn down the king when she’s literally a slave. This is like you, a rich person, getting furious when a beggar tries to steal your food to survive and saying they have no morals. It’s weird how you guys hate the woman the most when it was the man’s fault.
I'd hate the king because I always ask why would you sleep with someone who isn't your wife then be upset that you've made a baby? like what!!? Boy if you don't take care of your child?!?
