Sadly the age of consent is 13 in Japan and i agree i hope he is at least 17 or 18 maybe even 16.

I’ve been looking around for more information about it and it’s seems 50/50.
One article said that even though the age of consent is 13 but it’s only with other minors and that teens can get arrested for example if the consenting couple was 12 and 13 years old then the 13 yrs old can get arrested and that adults can get arrested even if the age of consent is 13.
While another article said that the laws are loose and adults can have sex with people 13+ as long as it consentual.
It’s pretty confusing so I’m gonna try to look for more articles or videos from people who live in Japan. Only thing that i know for sure that is true is that the age of consent is 13 and that the age when you’re an adult in Japan is 20.

there is a country with adult age 18 and sex consent at 14 and if a 17yo girl will have sex with 19yo boy with consent he should be technically registered as pedo by law
