help me please

So I have read this a couple of months ago and I want to reread but cant find it :'( please help
So this is the thing i remember about the story, its about an uke who has a lot of piercings and he met his seme,, somewhere along the story the seme was disappointed with the uke coz he though that the piercings the uke had was self placed and not by his ex-lovers,, the ending was the uke begging the seme not to leave and coz he's the only one he's got and the uke had the seme pierce his penis
