When did the fandom decided to use Our!Ciel as a way to refer to eyepatch Ciel? And why 'Our'?

Probably because he's the ciel we know, we've known from the beginning, and we've loved. He's OUR main character and not his brother. So he's O!Ciel to us

I think its because we dont really know our!Ciels name (as far as I know) and he was Ciel for such a long time. I dont know when its started.
I hope this makes sense, English isn't my first language but I tried. (=・ω・=)
