I find it on Reddit, they are also asking the title of it but no one knows. Someone said they read it but couldn't remember the title

I can’t even find on reddit, and that attempt has me scarred for life. There are some seriously disturbing shiiit out there omg!! I hope you find what you’re after. The only uniquely non-obvious thing I found from the pic is the tanned seme has one black arm for some reason. So if it’s a DJ of an existing franchise, maybe that can help narrow it down.
