Fetishizing dark skin people!?! Dude people get overjoyed when they see diversity in WEBTOONs. Sure this story is not really ideal but saying that this story is Fetishizing dark skin people is completely wrong. What the story IS doing is Fetishizing slavery not people of color. because if you read other WEBTOONs that has colored people in it that’s not Fetishizing that’s just being inclusive and having diversity.
The thing is that’s not just having diversity. They are fetishizing slavery yeah but the slaveS are dark skinned people it’s uncomfortable i couldn’t read it so yeah I get his comment. Just having slavery is not for me tbh but having dark skinned pple slavery hits different lol what can I say. I mean if it was like an historical Webtoon kinda but it’s not it’s just yaoi.
