I've seen that suggested but if he had died of natural causes than future Naho wouldn't be trying to get present Naho to save him. That suggests his death was avoidable.
Maybe not... I'm really thinking that Kakeru will die, maybe his actions in the last chapter was so abruptily for me , that I don't trink that he will be alive to tell his story . It's really sad . ┗( T﹏T )┛
My heart is really bleeding.. and I cried too. I don't know which one I prefer between Kakeru and Suwa... It's sad to see how Suwa is trying hard to hold back his feelings although he loves her and he knows that in the future he will be married with Naho and they will have a son.
On the other hand, I think Kakeru and Naho really like each other for the moment... so what to do? I love both.. but Suwa is so wonderful T.T
plus I have the feeling that Kakeru is going to die anyway... I hope it's just a feeling!!
