Well with some modifications, for instance a puffy olive green skirt with a pale light green three quarter jacket and the rope top needs to be adjusted so it doesn't become cumbersome (too tight) and it needs to cover more the chest area.
Of course, there is a whimsical aspect to fashion because some items are designed just for the fun of it or as an eccentric form of art.
For instance, I like Alexander McQueen shoes' designs but I wouldn't wear one because I think that wearing one is like destroying a beautiful work of art!

Well yeah (The model in the photo I showed you was good looking too. However, most if not all models are good looking. It is almost to be taken for granted hence the main issue would be the quality of what they're showing).
Right now, as I am finishing my comment, I am a little bit overwhelmed by excitement. Shamo is my favorite manga but I still have a long way to reach the end. I don't want to peek but I hope that the end won't be disappointing. However even if it is rushed as you say, Shamo is still more than a manga, it is like a manifesto with social and political implications!
