She was in a life or death kinda coma n the whole story is about her friends wanting her to come with them (to the other side / death) but the sleeping guy ( a psychic hired by the mother) went into her mind? (Idk where it was) to get her out / make sure she doesn’t die. N the brother was actually trying to help her too (later in the story u can see that he didn’t really molest her in her sleep she exaggerated that part. He liked her irl but he died that’s why he was able to be in that place). Oh n the her that was an exhibitionist n liked to have seggs was also a made up persona because she was playing a game n made her character like a character in the game I guess
