I'm really confused as to why people are hopping on this time leap theory. The only thing that suggests that it is even remotely possible is him meeting his wife at the same spot. Highly unlikely. No indications of a time leap. Plus, this author doesn't do tragedies, and there are no sci-fi or tragedy tags for this manga on Baka manga and the preview chapters tweeted by the author have them acting couplely with her the same age and him as his current age. Also a male love rival. And no one would recover from the shock of seeing their dead wife alive again that quickly. She also has an entire family, life, etc. that fit in perfectly to the current time. He's just a dude with a dead wife to add to the drama of the story.
