Well there's a lot wrong with rape-
But I don't understand why people keep coming back to stories like this either, and the argument is always "I'm not obligated to like a story with rape." or "if the story has rape it is bad." I mean sure, you can think that and all but it's not gonna change the story and why come back every chapter just to complain about it over and over again...
But the worst part is that a lot of people who complain about rape change their minds when the character that is the rapist is mentally unstable in any way, like in Killing Stalking or Painter of the Night, then the rapist becomes redeemable in their minds, so truly rape isn't even the problem to them, it's actually how likeable the author makes the character-
I just wish that people didn't get emotionally attached to characters at all then they all could appreciate the story for what it is, and not romanticize or villainize characters based on truly what is only their preference and double standards.
