Regarding the Warning Label: It was placed all the way down on the right lower corner on the second blank page. I didn't even see it until I saw the comments and kept searching. It's easily missed on my desktop screen if I don't scroll down. As a fanfic writer, even for a short love scene, or light touching, I made sure to put a warning right on top of the page with a bold large font.
Depends on readers sensitively, because everyone is each their own, it is the responsibility of the author to make sure the warning is the first thing the readers would spot. Translators of Husky and his White Cat Shizun did an amazing job with their warning label since the novel subject matters are by far one of the harder BL to read.
For the people who complain about the rape:
MAKE SURE TO READ THE FIRST COUPLE OF PAGES BECAUSE THERE WILL MOST LIKELY BE A WARNING THAT THERE WILL BE RAPE UNLESS U DUMB AND ARE FUCKING IMMUNE TO WARNINGS/DISCLAIMERS
