Anything past 2-3 gens is pretty "distant" imo. But actually marriage with a cousin at 3-4 gap is considered genetically ideal in research papers.

How distant of relatives are they? Like, HOW many generations ago did they last "interact"? Are they direct cousins? Second? Third? Fourth? Please give me information!
