Hmmm i think it's kinda the same concept for emperors to have many wives for influence, or connections...since Cyril is an outsider then it would be good for them to be married,so the other aristocrats or the empress's subjects wont treat Cyril as foreigner/outsider anymore and actually recognize his talent and intelligence, plus the Empress can tie Cyril to her country(▰˘◡˘▰) it'slike killingtwo birds with a stone....as for Eusto and Felix they both have pledge their loyalty and we all know that Eusto have romantic feelings for the Empress and maybe it's mutual..hmm idk abt Felix but in my opinion, Felix is more suited to be the Empress's child or sum(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ Felix is so child like,and cute..well he's cunning tho
