Ok, so Daniel is apparently the female lead. The other male leadsjust treat Ibelin as their younger sister, not romantically, but apparently she holds romantic feelings for him. And how she go the disease is because many people hate her. They said the disease starts when the increase of hate towards that person multiply so yeah thats how she got the disease. And the person insde the body of Ibelin is actually her twin or sister. The korean girl inside ibelin's body transported to another world because she was about to die. Yeah that's all I remember.
