yea first cousin's are the most closely related so after siblings, it's first cousins. so das y the whole cousin thing makes me uncomfy oml
First cousins are more blood related to you. First cousins are the children of your aunts or uncles that means you share grandparents. Second is you share “great” grandparents and third degree cousin is great great grandparents so already a little far.
I know a couple who are first degree cousins they got married and had kids.... the kids have complications.
